Summary of Position:
The Apparel Production Manager oversees Rebels inhouse decoration facility specializing in screen printing and crystal application. This handson role combines production leadership with quality control and team development to ensure efficiency precision and excellence in every garment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment solves production challenges with confidence and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Operations & Leadership
Lead mentor and train the screen printing and crystal application team to achieve high performance.
Oversee daily production schedules delegate tasks and ensure all jobs are completed on time.
Operate and maintain specialized machinery including the Crystal Cam.
Ensure all decorated garments meet Rebels brand and client quality standards.
Uphold a safe organized and compliant production environment.
Process Optimization & Quality Control
Manage and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Conduct detailed quality control checks throughout production stages.
Implement and refine best practices for screen printing and crystal application.
Document and maintain records of production processes and quality metrics.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with the creative team to evaluate design feasibility and production constraints.
Coordinate with vendors to source materials and maintain a steady inventory of supplies.
Track workflow and manage timelines using production management software.
Provide reporting on production KPIs and contribute to departmentwide process improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience in screen printing and/or crystal decoration required; Crystal Cam experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of apparel design layout and quality assurance.
Demonstrated leadership in a fastpaced deadlinedriven production environment.
Comfortable with production software and inventory systems.
Highly organized detailoriented and solutionfocused.
Strong communication skills and crossfunctional collaboration ability.
Teachable and open to mentorship; support from a veteran print shop owner is available.
