Smithers Toyota is looking for a dynamic motivated leader to take our fixed operations department to the next level. Were not looking for a traditional bythebook Parts & Service Managerwe need someone hungry for growth thrives on efficiency and understands how to build a highperformance team.
This role is about Kaizencontinuous improvement. We have a talented team strong customer demand and the opportunity to build something toptier. The right person will embrace efficiency leadership and smart decisionmaking to maximize shop production and guest experience.

What Youll Be Doing
- Driving shop performance50 booked hours per day is the goal.
- Leading the team with clarity & accountabilityEnsure ASMs are engaged in the service drive and focused on proper vehicle walkarounds history checks and customer engagement offeringpreventative maintenance and services as required. .
- Expanding beyond our wallsManage hills and valleys by increasing hours per repair order not just chasing volume.
- Improving processesKaizen is key; you should always be asking How do we make this better
