- Help senior techs handle water extractions fire damage cleanup and mold remediation tasks.
- Set up/monitor drying equipment take moisture readings and maintain basic documentation.
- Support new hires on simpler tasks though no formal supervisory authority yet.
- Uphold safety protocols at job sites including proper PPE usage.
- Basic Experience: 612 months in labor/construction/cleaning (preferred).
- Physical Capacity: Lift 50 lbs stand/walk for extended periods handle PPE.
- Pay Range: $18$20/hr aligning with an entrylevel plus minimal experience bracket.
- Certification Interest: Willingness to pursue WRT FSRT or other relevant IICRC certs.
- Hourly Rate: $18$20/hr depending on background/experience.
- Training Path: Opportunities to advance into a full Restoration Technician role (typically $20$24/hr) once you gain certifications.
