Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for an HR Specialist/Generalist) with comprehensive understanding of all facets of human resources management and Payroll that will be able to move into HR Management in the near future with more responsibilities on board level

  1. HR Administration Ensuring all documents are scanned and filed. Maintaining accurate and readily accessible records for efficiency
  2. Recruitment Develop and implement EVP strategy that attracts motivates and retains top talent. Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. Manage the entire employee lifecycle.
  3. Recruitment metrics Time to fill/ hire promotions placements advertisements voluntary turnover and involuntary turnover.
  4. Legislation LRA BCEA EE Skills Development IR Coida NBCRFLI
  5. Payroll Monthly and weekly wages. Oversee payroll operations system and data integrity compliance and reporting and journals. Preparing employee yearly Increases and Bonuses.
  6. Tax Submission EMP201 EMP501 and IRP5s
  7. Employee Benefits processing third party claims and ensuring that all staff receive proper benefits.
  8. Skills Development Understanding of Agri seta Teta. Engaging with Health and Safety and other Departments to ensure all training needs are met.
  9. Employment Equity Implementing Equity plan facilitating employment equity forums and submitting EE Plan
  10. Labour relations Advising Line management on Disciplinary queries and facilitating disciplinary process. Grievances Employee discussions Initiator and retrenchments.
  11. HR Analytics gathering analyzing and reporting HR data to drive business results. Compensation metrics productivity metrics
  12. Audits Dept of labour Digi Review WCA NBCRFLI SARS Financial Yearend and Health and Safety.
  13. Budgets Preparing Salary Budget and Training budget for HR manager for Exco and Board approval.
  14. Leave management Manage Absenteeism and sick leave through metrics and feedback to management
  15. Employee Wellness Facilitate and Plan awareness sessions for TB HIV/AIDS Eye Tests medical wellness days Financial Wellness.
  16. Reporting HR Dashboard preparation for HR Manager for Exco meetings. Stats SA
  17. People management Managing the payroll clerk and HR administrator to ensure all functions are completed according to company policies.
