Job Description
Job Title: Engineer IT
Position Overview:
The Engineer IT will be responsible for system support installation configuration and maintenance of various IT products. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting hardware software and networkrelated issues while ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in IT support and endpoint compliance management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support including troubleshooting and resolving daily IT issues related to laptops desktops printers Windows OS LAN and WiFi networks.
- Handle system installation configuration and maintenance of vendor products.
- Generate and manage IT support tickets assigning tasks to relevant teams and ensuring resolution within SLA.
- Support the resolution of incident change and problem management requests per business requirements.
- Prepare and submit IT reports to leads and managers on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely support services to all employees while maintaining high service levels.
- Maintain and track IT asset inventory.
- Ensure endpoint compliance including antivirus encryption and Windows patch updates.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in IT support system administration or related roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware software and networking issues.
- Experience in ticketing systems and IT service management.
- Knowledge of endpoint compliance including antivirus encryption and patch management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a highpressure environment with strong problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
