WHAT YOULL DO:
- Deliver parts throughout the local area to customers
- Verify parts are in good condition
- Answer inbound phone email and text leads in a professional manner using provided scripts with end goals of setting appointment with guests at the dealership
- Respond to leads/inquiries in a timely manner determined by industry and dealership standards
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least 2 higher than zone/branch average
- Ensure that all communications via phone text email or inperson are professional and courteous
- Maintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturers
- Attend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teams
- Become proficient in warranty coverage policies and procedures set by manufacturers
- Greet guests upon arrival in a prompt courteous and professional manner
- Acknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arises
- Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned
- Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace
- Provide topnotch and exceptional guest experiences before during and after a vehicle sale
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- High school diploma GED or vocational training or jobrelated course work preferred
- Strong organizational skills and patience
- Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the sales team
- Strong attention to detail
- Typing skills
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced team setting
- Active listening skills
