Job Description
We are seeking a RN - Labor and Delivery for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Utica New York 13502. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
- Shift: 12-hour variable
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2160 - $2376; Depending on experience (negotiable)
- Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery ensuring safe and compassionate care.
- Monitor fetal development and maternal conditions using appropriate medical equipment.
- Assist in deliveries including vaginal and C-section births.
- Administer medications and IVs as per physicians orders.
- Respond to obstetric emergencies efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D) - REQUIRED.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - REQUIRED
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - REQUIRED
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - REQUIRED
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY state.
Note:
- Locals accepted-local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within a 75-mile radius.
