- Responsible for 3D HVAC and plumbing drawings connecting systems sizing and tagging
- Ensures schedules key notes and specs are up to date
- BIM360 setup coordination and management
- Interface with equipment suppliers as needed
- Performs HVAC and Plumbing load calculations
- Source cut sheets for all equipment in project including setup and augment sheets
- Insert HVAC loads plumbing loads gas loads/diagram DSB reports custom equipment cut sheets into job sheets.
- Coordinate with clients and internal team with/on behalf of project engineer as needed
- Take site visits as needed to confirm existing equipment/sizing or plan conformance
- Participates in occasional installations for different types of equipmentusually your own designs
- Builds positive relationships with customers and team
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks as assigned by Engineering Managers
- Experience with HVAC and/or Plumbing installation and specifications helpful
- Experience working with Revit MEPrequired skills in BIM 360 Navisworks
- Flexible work hours

- Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Participate in wholeteam meetings morning standup schematics and peer reviews
- 1 years of HVAC and/or plumbing design experience preferred but not required
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is a bonus
- Sameday (usually just a few hours) travel to customer sites is required.
