Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager / Proposal Writerto lead and coordinate the proposal development process for our public sectorclients across the United States and Canada. This role will involve managingRFP/RFI responses working collaboratively with internal teams and ensuringhighquality compliant and competitive proposals that align with ourstrategic objectives.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 35 years of experience in sales enablement proposal management or sales operations within a B2B setting ideally focused on public sector bids.
- Expertise in RFP/RFI Management: Demonstrated ability to manage the proposal process for public sector clients including strong familiarity with public procurement processes.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously balancing deadlines with quality and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and proposal management software is essential.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities to streamline and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public Sector Bid Experience: Prior experience working with government or public sector clients in the US and Canada is highly preferred.
- Technical Sales Background: Familiarity with technical sales concepts enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and accurate content creation.
