Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Oncall rotation & overtime as required)

Responsibilities:
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations including water and fire damage restoration.
- Execute water extraction drying services fire/smoke cleanup mold remediation structural cleaning and deodorization.
- Document job details accurately including contracts supply sheets readings and reports for the Mitigation Estimator.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Maintain job site safety security and organization.
- Prepare and maintain vehicles for emergency responses.
- Work as part of a teamoriented environment promoting collaboration and mentorship for new hires.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines including the use of PPE.
- Complete oncall rotations for emergency response services.
- Obtain and maintain IICRC certifications (as requested by management).
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support restoration projects.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid drivers license (required)
- Ability to pass preemployment screenings (background check drug & alcohol test)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Basic math and map reading skills
- Ability to read interpret and follow written and oral instructions
- Strong problemsolving organizational and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of lifting/moving 5100 lbs (Lift (constantly) 540 lbs. lift (frequently) 20100 lbs) and performing tasks in varying work conditions (heat cold confined spaces noise exposure and chemicals)
