A Working Student Website Operations contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of Trimble and Transporeon websites. This involves working closely with the web team and other departments to ensure website content is uptodate accurate and optimized for user experience. This internship offers exposure to various aspects of website management from content updates and basic troubleshooting to supporting larger website projects.
You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology Web Development Marketing or Communications).
Proactive selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic understanding of HTML and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Pimcore and/or Contentful knowledge is a big plus.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.
Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to ask questions and contribute new ideas.
Experience with Google Workspace.
Transform yourself and take responsibility for:
Assisting with website content updates including text images and other multimedia.
Supporting the web team in testing website functionality and identifying potential issues.
Help in maintaining website documentation and style guides.
Assisting with basic website troubleshooting and problemsolving.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure website content aligns with overall marketing and communication strategies.
Bringing a creative mindset to identify new ideas and opportunities to improve website operations and user experience.
