Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Specialist to lead initiatives in data review data analysis and the selection training and tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI model architectures and a passion for developing intelligent solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Review and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive data reviews to ensure data quality and relevance for AI model training.
- Perform indepth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and guide model development.
- Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to streamline data collection and preprocessing.
- LLM Selection:
- Evaluate various large language models and architectures to determine the best fit for specific applications.
- Stay uptodate with advancements in LLM technologies and make recommendations for integration.
- LLM Training:
- Develop training protocols and pipelines for LLMs using stateoftheart techniques.
- Implement robust training methodologies to optimize model performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with machine learning engineers to deploy models in a scalable and reliable manner.
- LLM Tuning:
- Finetune LLMs to improve accuracy reduce biases and enhance contextual understanding.
- Conduct experiments to assess model adjustments and iterate on improvements.
- Monitor and report on model performance making datadriven decisions to refine tuning strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Document processes methodologies and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Certification or degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Proven experience with large language models including training and tuning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure) and distributed computing.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
