Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Administrator for a parttime 23 days a week) or full time position our practice. We are a rapidly growing Recruitment business and we are looking for someone who can provide us with the required support for the billing/contractor management and payroll processing largely.
This is initially a 3 months contract role with a view to becoming a permanent position.
Requirements
Day to day responsibility:
- Contractor management: follow up on timesheet and their invoices
- Raise invoices for services to clients (MYOB)
- Payroll processing for employees and contractors i.e. run payroll and process payslips
- Data entry in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems
- Identify any anomaly in reconciling the billing details
- Processing superannuation contributions
- Payroll and staff recordkeeping in MYOB
- Monthly reporting andyearend reconciliations and journals
You should have/be
- Well organised with the ability to multitask
- Attention to details and able to do followups internally and externally
- Formal education in accounting
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping and payroll experience with MYOB
- Selfstarter and motivated to deliver a quality outcome
