Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Participate in Team activities Design discussions Stand up meetings and planning Reviews with
team.
* Participate in requirement meetings and fully understand/document the needs of the Business
owners and stakeholders
* Responsible for multiple applications and involved in the analysis design development testing
deployment & support of the ODM .Net based applications
* Serves as the .Net and SharePoint SME ensures adoption and adherence to solution best
practices.
* Conduct and/or participate in solution design reviews to verify that design meets quality
standards and functional/technical requirements.
* Implement all aspects of application development coding caching mechanisms security
encryption state management error logging debugging scalability code reviews workflow
automation UI/UX design documentation and testing.
* Diagnose system defects and trace problematic system behavior to the origin source code.
* Use documented best practices to ensure systems are developed in a consistent manner that
will allow for high performance and scalability.
* Create Solution JobAids/HowTo Guides mentor/train State staff
* Work with vendors (State or external resources) in tuning and optimizing solution performance
and improving reliability.
* Establish priorities & follow through on projects paying close attention to detail with minimal
supervision.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Questions:
12 years of developer experience using frontend application code utilizing modern web development technologies like HTML5 CSS Java script JQuery Bootstrap and frontend
development framework like Knockout (Required)
12 years of experience with .Net Framework including Microsoft C#/.Net Framework (Required)
3 years of MSSharePoint development experience (MSSharePoint 2016 MSSharePoint 2013 Application/Solution development) (Required)
6 years of experience using Relational databases like MS SQL Server/Oracle using ORMs writing queries & stored procedures (Required)
6 years of experience delivering SOA solutions by integrating applications and services (any combination of: WSDL/Schema/SOAP/REST) (Required)
5 years of experience working with and/or leading project development teams (Required)
5 years of experience with Microsoft TFS and Application Configuration (Required)
3 years of experience with SCRUM/Agile Development practices (Required)
3 years of experience building & setup of development environments and management of IIS webserver (Required)
Development experience using SharePoint Designer Nintex Workflow and InfoPath technologies (Required)
O365/SharePoint Online site design creation development and administration experience (Required)
Required excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and business teams (Required)
Required ability to propose document and implement software project lifecycle solutions (software and documentation) (Required)
Effective team player in a fast paced and rapid delivery environment (Required)
Required Education: BS/BA degree or combination of education & experience
