Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Zonal Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is a senior fulltime position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in driving sales growth managing sales territories and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce lead generation and business development (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM software to maintain customer relations and sales data efficiently.
- Ability to conduct precise sales forecasting to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proven track record in territory management to ensure equitable distribution of sales efforts and resources.
- Strong team leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving company goals.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions for improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues in the assigned zone.
- Manage a team of sales professionals providing leadership training and coaching to achieve maximum performance.
- Identify market trends customer needs and competitive offerings to position company products effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the dental industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee territory allocations and adjust strategies to enhance market penetration and coverage.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Track and report sales performance regularly to the senior management team suggesting improvements as needed.
