A Regional Manager Parent Pathways MidNorth Coast Day can include:

  • Leading the operational delivery of Parent Pathways teams to achieve performance goals revenue EBITDA targets quality results while ensuring sustainability of all contracts.
  • Ensuring a high standard of care support and development is provided to all staff within your region.
  • Ensuring our customers are treated with respect integrity and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain operational relationships with relevant government bodies community organisations and employers.
  • Ensure services and programs follow all federal and state legislation funding regulations/requirements certifications and licensing requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with major employers.
  • Developing maintaining and delivering services and programs to meet our Participant and Market needs to become the service provider of choice.
  • Working collaboratively to achieve revenue expectations support and nurture high performing teams that are passionate about what they do and are committed to continuous improvement and growth.
  • Using performance management tools and organisational training resources proactively to improve individual competencies and performance across the business unit.
  • Conducting performance appraisals with staff and where required implement performance management.
  • Ensuring provision of a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Undertaking HR decisions/escalations in a manner that is timely fair and minimises risk.
  • Inspiring and fostering team commitment spirit pride and trust; facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish group goals.
  • Developing the capacity of others to perform and contribute by providing coaching/mentoring feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.
  • Contributing to the strategy direction and future planning of Parent Pathways
  • Continuous quality improvement process for all services and programs focusing on simplifying systems process improvement and effective use of technology that result in cost effective and sustainable service delivery.
  • Ensuring best practice is implemented across the Parent Pathways business and work with other Managers to develop and deliver best practice across the network.
  • Assisting in both attracting and retaining talented people in key positions to drive results.
  • Holding regular staff meetings and promote actions to ensure that communication and change are handled positively and in a timely manner.

To be considered for this position you will:

  • Ability to travel between Parent Pathways sites within region
  • Experience in supervision and management of large and geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrated management experience in Community Service Children Youth and Families or Employment Services or equivalent
  • Experience managing conflict and challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcomebased environment toward high performance results.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high quality individualised participant services.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Suite databases and intranets
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Have strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with employers service providers and participants
  • Previous experience in Employment Services or Sales will be highly regarded

To be considered you must

  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
