Position Summary:This position is responsible for leading managing and accountability of the Rental Sales Parts and Service functions of the Canton location. This position is understands the need to help develop and meet commitments to the location and the company. This role has responsibility to enforce company policies and procedures to assure alignment within and across the department and location. This position is also responsible for maintaining high coworker morale customer service as well as attaining short and longterm objectives for the organization. This role will also ensure proactive safety measurements are made and that all teammates are working in a safe environment while following company OSHA and EPA requirements for a safe working environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of personal and departmental objectives.
- Maintain a safe and harassmentfree workplace that is inclusive of all coworkers.
- Provide the direction and leadership that is required to achieve customer satisfaction standards as well as carry out the communication of the vision for this location and the company.
- Learn multiple roles at a level to be able to support the location when a backup is needed.
- Ability to multitask and pick up projects that require attention to detail and high organizational skills.
- Observe coworkers in job circumstances and provide the coaching necessary to develop additional skills job effectiveness and efficiency to maintain high quality work. Bring any ideas for additional support of our teammates to the Location Manager with a recommendation for growth.
- Identify deviations from the plan and recommend corrective action to your Manager.
- Take necessary action(s) to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
- Stay up to date with and use the technology and systems utilized throughout the company.
- Coordinate with the sales team and segment President for your location. You are jointly responsible for achieving the sales goals.
- Be a good representative for the location company and corporation in the community.
- Collaborate with your segment President the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources in recruiting and retaining teammates.
- Ability to be a trustworthy and respected business partner across all departments within the organization.
- All other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education:
- Supervisory experience is a must industry experience preferred not required!
- Acceptable Driving Record
- High School Diploma GED Technical or Trade School
Working Conditions &/or Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
- This position requires but is not limited to lifting bending twisting pulling pushing listening and speaking with internal and external clients.
