Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality care to a variety of animals including performing physical exams diagnostic tests and developing treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries offering the best care to ensure animals health and comfort.
- Perform surgeries and administer anesthesia when necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments to animals and collaborate with clients on treatment plans.
- Educate clients about preventive care wellness plans and their pets medical needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure efficient practice operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a DVM degree and is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California.
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills and can prioritize tasks effectively.
- Has a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with the veterinary team and clients.
- Passionate about animal care and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in a clinical setting with the ability to work well with a variety of animal species.
