Job Description
Job Title: Center Operation Manager (COM)
Level: M1
Function: Delivery
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operations of the center.
- Ensure smooth training and placement processes for students.
- Manage the overall administration of the center.
- Handle collections and financial transactions of the center.
- Prepare and submit daily reports.
- Ensure proper certification of students.
- Supervise the following teams:
- Admin
- Trainers
- Reception
- Accounts
- Security & Housekeeping
- Admin
- Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring student attendance and minimizing dropouts
- Certification process management
- Upselling courses/services
- Conducting ParentTeacher Meetings (PTMs)
- Organizing student engagement activities
- Ensuring successful placement of students
- Ensuring student attendance and minimizing dropouts
Requirements
Required Skills & Exposure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in reputed retail educational institutions or K12 schools (Vice Principal Principal Senior Teacher).
- Experience as a Branch Operations Manager in Banking/Insurance.
- Experience as a Center Head in reputed retail education institutions.
- Strong administrative skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Education: Graduation
- Work Experience: 12 18 years
- Age Range: 35 45 years
Reporting & IT Knowledge
- Reports to: National Delivery Head
- IT Skills: Basic computer knowledge
