The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful daytoday operation of the restaurant including hiring/staffing training financial/P&L
Responsibilities:
Constant Improvement of FOH operations
Storelevel recruitment
Manage Inventory
Manage Employee Schedules
Enforcing all standards of service
Qualifications:
5 years of progressive hospitality experience required
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Outstanding Service Skills
Know how to be serious and passionate about your work while having fun.
Incredible Work Ethic
Self Motivated
Experience managing large scale restaurants a plus
Knowledge of the Boston restaurant industry a plus
