Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team members ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Uphold food service and cleanliness standards.
- Manage daily operations: food prep inventory and safety.
- Support training programs and enhance staff morale.
- Handle cashout procedures and POS training.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Open and close the restaurant as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant supervision preferred.
- Proficient in purchasing sanitation and other restaurant functions.
- ServSafe Food Managers Certification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
