Job Description
Impact
As a Business Analyst on our Sales Development & Innovation team you will drive datainformed decisionmaking and accelerate Shipts success in specialty verticals. Youll be responsible for collaborating with crossfunctional partners to establish KPI standards develop business intelligence dashboards and conduct indepth analyses to identify growth and innovation opportunities; positioning yourself as the specialty vertical expert. With strong analytical skills expertise in program data and a strategic mindset youll be required to develop datadriven solutions evaluate growth opportunities and shape the specialty programs direction to accelerate Shipts success. This position will be directly responsible for reporting on highly effective programs and reports directly to the Senior Enterprise Manager on the Sales Development & Innovation team.This role will be seated in our Birmingham AL or Minneapolis MN office.
What Youll Need to Be Successful
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
4 years of experience in business analysis business intelligence growth operations or a related field in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical problemsolving and data management skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
Collaborative mindset with experience working crossfunctionally and securing alignment with leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to perform under pressure meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Work Arrangement
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team connections. Inoffice expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require inoffice presence on a fulltime basis.
