Our growing operations in Ventura CA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders who want to take the next step in their career while advancing the success of the organization. Note: This position is located in Ventura CA not at the Memphis TN facility.

With a passion for people and safetyfirst mindset the Manufacturing Operations Manager will partner with the Plant Manager to lead all projects related to our manufacturing operations ensuring efficient production processes highquality output and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with sound leadership abilities a deep understanding of lean manufacturing processes demonstrated success in delivering Word Class Net Promotor Score performance and a proven record of using innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadmanufacturing operations projects and processesto achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards. Safety First is not just a motto it is a philosophy.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering supply chain and quality assurance to drive process improvements and resolve production issues.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage budgets resources and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing operations team.
  • Provide coaching mentoring and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. In lieu of a degree candidates with 8 years of experience in a manufacturing operations with proven record of career progression are invited to apply.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership/project managementrole.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills driving success through empowered and engaged employees
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills using a proactive approach
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
  • Direct P&L experience is preferred basic understanding of plant operations financials is required
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
