JOB TITLE: Autoclave Operations Technician I
LOCATION: Tulsa OK
PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Summary:
-
Assist with the setup loading and operation of autoclaves and auxiliary equipment to cure and bond metallic fiberglass and carbon fiber aircraft parts.

Perform basic setup and operation of autoclaves and auxiliary equipment.
-
Assist with selecting and organizing parts for bonding based on processing requirements and autoclave capacity.
-
Help position racks and tools containing parts/assemblies into autoclaves.
-
Connect thermocouples and vacuum lines to appropriate fittings.

Retrieve prep and release lay-up tools from storage.
-
Support tool breakdown cleaning and proper storage after curing.
-
Maintain a clean organized work area; follow all safety and FOD/5S guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Basic computer knowledge
-
Valid drivers license required (to obtain GAC cart/forklift license)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing procedures
-
Q-Stamp (to be obtained within 12 months)

Familiarity with overhead cranes forklifts and electric tow mules
-
Basic math and computer skills
-
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work any shift

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
