Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the Information Technology industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist in Gqeberha Eastern Cape.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement automated business process solutions
- Build and maintain a catalogue of automated business process capabilities
- Create test and monitor automation workflows and solutions
- Maintain and update automation solutions postimplementation
- Document business processes and automation solutions
- Use Quality Assurance (QA) techniques to ensure highquality automation
- Stay uptodate with new technologies and best practices
- Continuously improve processes and solution usage
- Collaborate with vendors to scale automated solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 2 years of experience in business process automation or a related field
- Strong understanding of business process automation principles and best practices
- Experience with RPA technologies (UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate preferred)
- Proficiency in software development .NET C# JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse Power Pages)
- Experience with change management business analysis or business process management
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
