Job Description
Salary: $80000 $85000 (based on experience) Quarterly Bonuses (up to 15 of your salary)

- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of community spaces like lounges study rooms and laundry areas.
- Proven experience in student housing or property management 3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and highvolume operations.
- Knowledge of building operations for multistory structures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
