Youth Activity Facilitator
Job Overview:
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children We are currently seeking a PartTime Youth Activity Facilitator to join our team and contribute to creating a fun and engaging environment for young participants. As a Youth Activity Facilitator you will play a crucial role in supervising and organizing activities for children promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Activity Planning: Develop and execute creative and ageappropriate activities for children ensuring a fun and stimulating environment during scheduled shifts.
Supervision: Provide attentive and responsible supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants maintaining a secure and positive atmosphere.
Communication: Foster effective communication with both children and parents keeping them informed about scheduled activities progress and any relevant information.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to coordinate and implement programs share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the youth activities.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized environment including proper storage and upkeep of equipment and activity materials.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm: A passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills both with children and adults.
Creativity: Ability to develop and implement engaging activities for various age groups.
