About the Role
As a House Supervisor you will lead a team to ensure the delivery of highquality care and the efficient management of daily activities for clients in a Supported Independent Living setting all while aligning with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and plan client support based on their goals and plans.
- Build strong relationships with families/guardians to ensure highquality service.
- Manage and support clients with challenging behaviours.
- Prepare reports and advocate for clients rights and inclusion.
- Administer medication and therapies as needed.
- Motivate and guide your team for optimal performance.
- Continuously improve service delivery and implement positive changes.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and internal reporting requirements.
What Were Looking For
- Leadership experience in disability nursing or aged care.
- Strong communication skills and a positive approach to managing behaviours of concern.
- Highly organised and selfmotivated with a passion for supporting independence.
- Experience with rostering is an advantage.
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV or higher in Nursing Disability Individual Support Aged Care etc..
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates NDIS clearance and Victorian Drivers License
- We are committed to child safety. This role requires compliance with child safety policies and completion of preemployment checks including Working With Children Checks.
