About the role
You will be responsible for multiple program areas providing leadership and management of activities to staff delivering teaching programs within Renewable Energy and Engineering. In addition you will have accountability for delivery of quality education positive student experiences and customer outcomes.
You will:
lead a multidisciplinary teaching team to achieve excellence in teaching and learning;
manage recruitment induction probation Your growth matters Workday based performance review process for staff;
lead and manage the planning delivery assessment and evaluation of VET programs; and
manage the daytoday planning scheduling development implementation and delivery of programs.
About you
You will possess professional knowledge and a strong understanding of regulatory and contractual requirements in the VET sector with considerable experience in effective leadership and management of staff. In addition you will have demonstrated ability to lead the design development delivery and evaluation of innovative customised high quality vocational education and training.
You will possess demonstrated:
knowledge and application of Training and Assessment Strategies;
ability to propose and implement a range of programs / courses for future delivery;
ability to manage and monitor budgets and contribute to commercial targets; and
understanding and application of the ASQAs RTO standards and proven ability to meet these standards in an operational setting.
