Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of new vehicle inventory management andsales.
- Build and maintain a highly motivated and productive sales force.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Meet vehicle unit sales quotas and objectives on a daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure that units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objectives.
- Manage daily operations of the sales departmentand its personnel.
- Supervise and motivate and TRAIN sales staff.
- Be willing to help sales team with CRM and customer contact.
- Close deals and managea 100 TO policy.
- Work closely with F&I through credit and approvals to maximize sales opportunities.
Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Managementexperience.
- Have prior experience managing teams of sales representatives.
- Be able to master CRM software inventory control & pricing tools
- Be high energy outgoing and willing to work handinhand with our sales team.
- Be a leader and motivator.
- Must be a driven leader with motivational skills and proven customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multitasking environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated organizational ability.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Must have excellent computer skills.

Experience:
- Automotive Dealership: 3 years (Preferred)
- Automotive Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
