SPONSLER AUTOMOTIVE IS HIRING AT THE DONLEY FORD OF ASHLAND LOCATION FOR TWO POSITIONS IN OUR SALES DEPARTMENT!
$3000.00 starting salary plus immediate Bonus opportunities from day 1 PLUS weekly training bonus!

Responsibilities
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
- Explain product performance application and benefits to customers
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Friendly competitive personality especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service communication skills computer and basic math skills
- Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license

- Looking for a career change We are excited to hire folks from other industries such as: hospitality (server bartender ect) alternative forms of retail or sales and customer service etc. No retail automotive experience Thats ok well train you!
- Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales hotels (front desk concierge etc.) restaurants (server bartender etc) customer service at all.
