Your Impact asDirector of Finance and Strategy
You wont just oversee financial and operational processes youll also be a stakeholder in setting the strategic direction optimizing efficiencies and driving innovation while maintaining our companys strong foundation.
Financial Leadership & Innovation
- Modernize financial strategies while preserving our history of success.
- Lead financial reporting analysis and forecasting with a balance of innovation and GAAP compliance.
- Implement thoughtful process improvements that enhance efficiency without disrupting timetested practices.
- Identify opportunities for financial growth while ensuring fiscal discipline and sustainability.

Operational Excellence & Business Strategy
- Drive key strategic initiatives that balance tradition with innovation.
- Collaborate with fellow leaders to enhance sales and marketing strategies through datadriven insights.
- Evaluate sales teams and performance companywide including periodic call listening and sales training sessions and identify opportunities for optimizing sales strategies team development and innovative approaches.
- Oversee vendor relationships and technology infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and strategic expansion.
- Guide real estate planning and operational scalability while maintaining financial prudence.
Strategic Marketing Partnership

- Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management while respecting legacy systems.
