Job Responsibilities:

• Stayclosetoourkeybusinessstakeholdersunderstandtheirvisionsaboutbusinessgrowthandtranslatetheneedsintoproductroadmaps.
• Drivetheplanningofproductenhancementsbycarefullyanalyzingtheoperationdatauserfeedbackandcompetitivelandscape.
• Otherdutiesasassigned
• Createbuyinfortheproductvisionbothinternallyandwithkeyexternalpartners
• Developdetailedcrispbusinessrequirementsanduserstoriesthatcanbeusedtocreateproductspecificationsandarchitectureforeachproductandapplication
• Managebacklogprioritizationandtradeoffsamongcustomerfeedbackperformanceanrationalsupportload
• Proactivelyidentifyandresolvestrategicissuesthatmayimpairtheteamsabilitytomeetstrategicfinancialandtechnicalgoals

Job Requirements:

• BachelorsDegreeinComputerScience/EngineeringBusinessManagementEconomicsorFinance.
• 7yearsofproduct/programmanagementexperiencewithatleast2yearsinanecommerceorretailenvironment.
• Highlymotivatedenergeticandcapableofaddressingissueswithastrongsenseofurgency
• Datadrivenmindsetwiththeabilitytoresearchandbenchmark
• ProficiencyandexperiencewithPythonPowerBIandSQL
• Theskillstocollaboratestrategicallywithcrossfunctionalpartnersinthepursuitofsharedbusinessoutcomes
• Strongcommunicationskillsbothverbalandwritten

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienceinprojectmanagementmethodologiesbusinessanalysisorprocessimprovement

Pay & Benefits

OurcompensationreflectsthecostoflaboracrossseveralUSgeographicmarkets.AtCoupangyourbasepayisonepartofyourtotalcompensation.

The base pay for this position ranges from $138000/yearinourlowestgeographicmarketto$297000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
