Job Description
RM Management:
- Administer and maintain the companys CRM software ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality.
- Customize CRM workflows to align with the companys sales and project management processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze client data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on client interactions sales performance and project status to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Client Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project managers and sales teams to ensure timely followups and communication with clients.
Training and Support:
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support for users and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing sales and project management teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies using CRM insights.
