Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the agriculture industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Business Relationship Manager in Paarl Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key agricultural clients in your region
- Driving sales through innovative customerfocused agri solutions
- Actively promoting and selling our full range of agricultural products and services
- Ensuring operational compliance with internal processes and external regulations
- Delivering outstanding service and support that exceeds customer expectations
- Providing market insights and customer feedback to support strategic decisions
- Leveraging data to support meaningful growthoriented B2B relationships
Requirements:
- Degree in Agricultural Economics or a related field
- 4 years experience in the agribusiness sector (packaging materials experience preferred)
- Proven ability in sales management and advanced negotiation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to handle complex challenges with practical solutionfocused thinking
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently as well as in a team
