We are seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our talented Professional Services team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to Ivantis customers providing expertise leadership and handson support for the successful implementation optimization and operational use of Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) and related solutions. This is a key position where you will contribute directly to helping customers maximize the value of Ivanti products enabling them to thrive in the Everywhere Work landscape.
As part of your responsibilities you will lead workshops perform requirements analyses design scalable solutions implement deployments troubleshoot technical issues and deliver knowledge transfer to customers. Your advanced technical skills and deep understanding of IT Service Management will set you apart and position you to succeed in this critical role.
This position may require 2575 travel based on customer and project needs.
