NOW HIRING: Entry Level Accounting Role
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This entrylevel position offers the opportunity to gain handson experience in accounting and financial operations while supporting the overall efficiency of our department. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices expense reports and check requests in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger entries
- Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with coordination of meetings and preparation of necessary materials
- Support HRrelated functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records
- Assist with various adhoc tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience or coursework in accounting is a plus but not required
