Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $105k$130k
Konik is partnered with a mechanical contractor who is adding a Senior Project Manager to their team.
Senior Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial projects progress and schedule; resolve any needed changes
- Prepare estimates for new projects
- Manage labor costs scheduling and apply technical knowledge to projects
- Ensure correct material equipment and subcontractors are coordinated
Senior Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:
- 10 years of experience managing and estimating plumbing piping and/or sheet metal projects
- Experience in managing multi million projects
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management; equivalent experience will be considered
