The role will include:
- Communicating to both internal and external stakeholders providing excellent customer service to both
- Providing confirmation of booking for clients over the phone and via email
- Keeping customer information updated on our systems and finding customer information on the systems.
- Management of various social media platforms
- Communicating with prospective and current members via telephone and email.
- Using Basic Microsoft Package
- Duties will grow as the apprenticeship progresses and more responsibility will be given as the role grows
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end
- You will achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification upon completion of apprenticeship
- The training will be delivered by Learning Curve Group via monthly virtual sessions
- No college release day required
