About the Role
As a Clinical Team Lead you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinical team including Dental Assistants and other clinical professionals. Your leadership and organizational skills will support our goal of delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Dental Assistants and other clinical staff fostering a supportive and positive work culture.
- Manage clinical schedules and resources to optimize productivity and ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor clinical compliance and performance maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Practice Managers and the executive team to align clinical operations with organizational goals.
- Facilitate onboarding training and professional development for clinical staff ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Address patient concerns and feedback related to clinical care ensuring positive outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
- Implement and uphold clinical protocols and procedures to maintain excellence in patient care.
Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in clinical operations and team leadership.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical management role preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire support and develop a highperforming team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring efficient management of schedules and resources.
- Familiarity with dental software and clinical management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and patients.
- The ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
