We are looking for a driven Junior Business Analyst to join our clients product portfolio team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business changes analyzing their impacts and ensuring that these changes are successfully communicated and delivered. This role involves capturing documenting and communicating requirements between stakeholders making sure the needs of the business are met effectively.

Responsibilities
- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring:
- Identify stakeholders and determine necessary analysis activities.
- Track and communicate progress throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Estimate the effort needed for each work item.
- Requirements Elicitation:
- Schedule and organize resources for analysis activities.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Validate that requirements meet stakeholder expectations.
- Requirements Management and Communication:
- Ensure all stakeholders reach consensus on the scope of requirements.
- Present and structure requirements clearly for stakeholders understanding.
- Communicate the finalized requirements and obtain stakeholder signoff.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Prioritize requirements and use models diagrams and text to define them.
- Identify assumptions constraints and risks related to the requirements.
- Validate that requirements align with business architecture and quality standards.
Requirements
- Understanding of business analysis concepts tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in:
- Requirements workshops use cases and user stories.
- Scope definition functional decomposition and interface analysis.
- Nonfunctional requirements analysis and diagram modeling.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in an agile development process.
- Ability to facilitate discussions gather information and model requirements effectively.
