As the Home Portfolio Manager youll shape the strategic direction of our home insurance portfolio. This is a leadership opportunity to drive portfolio growth optimise performance and lead crossfunctional collaboration to enhance customer and shareholder value. What Youll Do
- Develop and implement the strategic direction for Suncorps Home Portfolio ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
- Monitor key performance metrics including market share retention rates claims trends and loss ratios to drive informed decisionmaking
- Collaborate with Pricing & Analytics Brand & Marketing Digital Customer Service and Claims to optimise portfolio performance
- Partner with Finance to develop budgets forecasting models and financial plans to support business objectives
- Identify and assess market opportunities competitor activity and customer needs to enhance product development and pricing strategies
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Business Finance or Commerce (mandatory)
- 6 years of commercial experience in insurance with a strong track record in portfolio management
- Deep understanding of underwriting practices product development and insurance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional collaboration and influence key stakeholders across various business units
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with expertise in budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
