Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA). You will be responsible for leading and managing the business analysis activities for Pegabased projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect
- Experience in leading and managing business analysis activities in Pega projects
- Strong knowledge of Pega platform and PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander)
- Handson experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions according to business needs
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Pega Business Architect certification is preferred
