About the Company:
High end home AV integration company that specializes in designing and wholehome systems including security lighting shading and audiovideo solutions for ultrahighnetworth clients. Known for exceptional service and cuttingedge technology this company caters to an elite clientele who demand the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented AV Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the AV industry fleet and inventory management and highend client service. The right candidate will be an adaptable problemsolver comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Logistics:

  • Manage fleet logistics including vehicle registrations accident coordination and maintenance in collaboration with project managers and technicians.
  • Work with the fleet management firm to ensure compliance and upkeep.
  • Oversee warehouserelated administrative tasks including reconciling equipment at the end of projects.
  • Handle special orders and logistics for company events including coordinating gifts flowers and supplies.
  • Arrange accommodations and travel as needed for employees or company events.
  • Assist in organizing companywide events ensuring smooth .

Project & Client Support:

  • Support active projects 20 ongoing) as well as timesensitive highpriority special projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the client service department and highend clientele ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Handle urgent client requests including lastminute troubleshooting before major events.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality managing NDAs and background checks where required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or operations role ideally in AV integration construction or a similar field.
  • Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology including major manufacturers and equipment pairings.
  • Experience managing contracts invoices and project documentation.
  • Fleet and asset management experience (company vehicles warehouse inventory and equipment tracking).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
  • Proven ability to interact with highnetworth clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Selfstarter with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event coordination and logistics.
  • Background in luxury service industries.
