This position is responsible for providing routine assistance and administrative support to the University Success Center administrators and staff. Additional responsibilities include acting as the first pointofcontact for the department acting as the departmental administrative contact answering phones performing customer service duties assisting callers and dropins answering departmental emails maintaining calendars and assisting the director.
