Bremer Whyte Brown & OMeara LLP is seeking a talented Business Litigation Associate to join our awardwinning team. As an integral member of our Business Litigation team you will gain immediate handson experience handling a wide variety of business litigation matters involving breach of contract partnership/dissolution real estate intellectual property (copyright and trademark) disputes and more! From inception to resolution you will have the opportunity to handle every aspect of your cases including legal strategy research drafting pleadings and motions managing discovery arguing motions in court attending mediations and trial. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients including individuals businesses and organizations. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience as an attorney handling business real estate and/or intellectual property litigation matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing researching and drafting briefs memoranda and pleadings addressing sophisticated legal issues as well as managing discovery.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills both verbal and written and the ability to interface confidently with sophisticated clients as well as opposing counsel.
- Experience preparing for taking and defending depositions; as well as drafting and arguing motions is preferred.
- Ability and/or desire to manage a caseload independently while also working collaboratively with team members.
- Clientfocused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.

The expected base salary range is $125000$150000 however actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
