Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise RentACar National Car Rental and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work.
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible dedicated people to join our team as Seasonal Lot Attendants. This position pays $17.50 / hour and is located at 324 Marginal Street Chelsea MA 02150
The Lot Attendant is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing transport and/or rental. A Lot Attendant will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our highquality standards.
The seasonal window begins on or after May 1 2025 cannot exceed 180 days and ends on or before October 31 2025
The schedules available are:
- Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm
- Sunday Thursday 7:00 am 3:30 pm
- Tuesday Saturday 7:00 am 3:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Assist with lot organization and parking of cars
- Moving and positioning vehicles from varying locations for cleaning servicing transport and/or rental needs
- Transport vehicles to gas stations for services such as gas tank fillups and checkingair pressure in tires
- Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location; leave vehicles positioned for best access by service agents as directed by management.
- Drive clean vehicles to ready line area and park for easy access by customers as directed by management.
- Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
- Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
- May need to communicate via 2way radio or cellular phone
- May be asked to clean vehicles
- Perform other servicerelated duties to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
- Management reserves the right to modify change or delete assigned duties.

Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers license with no more than two moving violations and/or atfault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (FT or PT hours). They must experience a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
