AI/MLLead orchestrating strategic development overseeing a talented team of data scientistsand ML engineers.
Roleinvolves effective communication with nontechnical stakeholders ethicaldecisionmaking continuous learning and driving innovation to align AIstrategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements
- Should be able to Lead and mentor a team of AI/MLengineers fostering professional development.
- Should be able to cultivate a collaborative andinnovative team culture.
- Should be able to Oversee endtoend development ofML projects ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Should be able to coordinate with other teams forseamless integration of ML solutions.
- Should be able to develop and communicate the AI/MLstrategy aligning it with business objectives.
- Should be able to Identify opportunities forinnovation and the application of new technologies.
- Should be able to design scalable reliable andmaintainable ML solutions.
- Should be able to make decisions on technologystacks frameworks and tools.
- Should be able to act as a bridge between technicaland nontechnical stakeholders effectively communicating the value andimplications of AI/ML initiatives.
- Should be able to present findings progress andrecommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Should be able to Implement and oversee qualityassurance processes to ensure accuracy reliability and ethical considerationsof ML models.
- Should be able to stay abreast of the latest AI/MLadvancements and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Should be able to encourage and facilitate researchactivities within the team.
- Able to collaborate with clients or external partnersto understand their needs and ensure that AI/ML solutions are aligned withtheir business objectives.
