Job Description
Tasks
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy.
- Lead the research and development of new AI techniques to keep the company at the forefront of technology.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI and machine learning.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis data modeling and algorithm design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
