YOUR MISSION

QCommerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to reinvent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city making it more convenient and easy than ever.

Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Specialties Vertical in Tunisia. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as gourmet or organic products.

THE JOURNEY

  • Seal partnerships with the best accounts always aligned with the company goals.
  • As owner of Glovos revenue youll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your country.
  • Build long term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding.
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make a difference.
  • Do regular field trips (prospecting pitching negotiating closing deals). (First 6 months focusing on Tunis and after that visiting other cities as well).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2 years of experience in B2B Sales key contacts in the industry is a plus.
  • Full professional level in the local language (French and Arabic) of the country and fluency in English (understanding and expresing your thoughts) is a must.
  • Youre never satisfied you pursue your goals with relentless determination.
  • You are used to go beyond the expectations.
  • At Glovo nothing is impossible you make things happen every time.
  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce).
